Security

I am in the middle of reading "Nephi's Isaiah" by Denver Snuffer, and I wanted to share a quote and the thoughts it brought to my mind.

"We are corrupt in our minds, and therefore lack the faith to worship God in the way he would approve. He would like us to progress from "grace to grace" until we receive a "fullness" of light and truth." (see D&C 93: 12-20)

*
Becoming a Zion person involves moving from grace to grace. I feel a burning desire to be taught by the spirit how to worship in all the ways that our Father approves. And then to be faithfully obedient to this knowledge.

"There is almost no corner of the earth where the productivity of modern commerce could not feed the poor, clothe the naked, and house the unsheltered. Yet we have the cold, hungry and naked in all those continents... all in the pursuit of security, and neglect those in real need. We fail to realize security comes from God. And self security comes from knowing you have treated the beggars with charity."

*This touched my heart and reaffirmed the importance of our undertaking. We will be angels of abundance for many.

A quote...

"When you believe in something, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionable."
~Walt Disney

I liked this quote because it reminds me to believe that this is it, without a doubt. This is really going to work--I truly believe that. Gaining that belief was the first step and I can't wait to keep taking more steps toward our goals and getting to create new goals as we reach our current ones.

This is gonna be good...

Listening to all of your dreams today really inspired me. Some even made me tear up because I know how passionate you all are about reaching these goals and aspirations. Not only is this gonna be good, it is good! I'm so grateful for all of you and how much you inspire me.
I created this blog to keep each other posted on the comings and goings of our business. This way we can just take a quick look and be up to speed until our next meeting. Feel free to post about anything: an exciting contact you made, a new goal or dream visualization, how the latest gameplay went, a good quote, something you may be struggling with, anything. However, this will only work if we all check on and update diligently/frequently. I love you all!
